Grand Rapids Wedding Photographer - Matt and Rachel

Rachel and Matt are both from Florida, so they did all their wedding planning from a distance and pulled off a beautiful and fun wedding last month! Friends as children, they drifted apart after graduating from school. Rachel took a job down south in Florida a few years ago and heard that Matt was living there as well and got in touch with him. They reconnected again and the rest, as they say, is history! It was so great meeting them (for the first time!) on their wedding day - they are truly a wonderful couple and compliment each other so perfectly! Their wedding party was a fun group of people and a blast to spend the day with. Congratulations to you both as you begin your marriage together!

The chapel at Kuyper College makes for a beautiful and intimate ceremony setting - I loved all the light coming in from the windows surrounding them!

I LOVE seeing families play together! This family is especially dear to my heart because they are my cousins:) My Aunt Julie and Uncle Bruce love doting on all their beautiful grandchildren and we had a great time running around on a warm sunny afternoon. Our only plan for their photo session was to be relaxed and fun and I think we succeeded! Enjoy some favorites from the day!

Grand Haven Wedding Photographer - Jessica and Matt's Engagement Session

"It was a dark and stormy night"...add lots of wind and that could describe Jessica and Matt's engagement session! However, we didn't let a little rain and wind deter us as we spent an evening in downtown Grand Haven as well as the beach.
