Grand Rapids Wedding Photographer - Steve and Linda

Linda and Steve shared their “I Do’s” 3 weeks ago before a large group of family and friends on a picture perfect June day for a wedding:) The whole day was full of special moments with family starting with a Tea Ceremony at the home of Linda’s parents followed by another Tea Ceremony at the home of Steve’s parents. One of my favorite aspects of their wedding (and there are too many favorite moments to mention all of them) was how inter-generational the day was – honoring and including family and friends of all ages and recognizing the importance of these relationships in their lives as a couple. I always enjoy being a part of weddings and observing all kinds of family dynamics and it was beautiful to see the depth of love in their families through the day. Steve and Linda have a rich heritage from their family and friends and will no doubt be very supported in their marriage together! The wedding celebration included lots of fun, laughter, happy tears, and dancing….yes, the dancing was the icing on the cake for this wedding:) It was hard to narrow the photos down for this post of their wedding, but here are a few favorites from the day – I hope you get a good sense of the joy of the day!
