Sarah and Jared’s wedding had it all – laughter, tears, the full gamut of emotions, and some pretty amazing music under it all:) In a beautiful and simple wedding ceremony at Calvin College, Sarah and Jared gave their vows in front of close friends and family, promising to stick with each other through thick and thin – a lifelong extension of what they have been doing since they met. Following the ceremony we headed downtown to the BOB for their reception. I was a little worried about a wedding reception at the BOB during the last weekend of ArtPrize, but everything was amazing, with ArtPrize only adding a great backdrop for a great party! One of the highlights of the day for me (and others I’m guessing) was a fun surprise performance of Piano Man. With Sarah on piano, Jared on vocals and harmonica, and Fauxgrass backing them up, they gave Billy Joel a run for his money:) What a wonderful wedding season I’ve had in 2013, each wedding unique, but every couple gracious and wonderful to work with.
